May Apples abound at Spirit Springs Sanctuary

It seems that there are acres of May Apples at Spirit Sprimgs, brought to you by the Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy.  On Dutch Settlement Road just over the St. Joseph County line in Cass County.

A gorgeous oak down.  Its top branches almost hit Gene's house.  We were lucky.  Neighbors had a tree on their house.  This was the opening to the winter that was and the last day we had 60 degrees until April 1.   Hhhmmmmm.....
