Milkweed once more

The milkweed pods have ripened and are spilling their seed for next year's crop.  The meadow is filled with them and looks almost snow-covered.   We have come full cycle with the milkweed since last spring when the real melting snow revealed a ground covered with opened pods and I posted my first milkweed blog.

  4. «Louis» was certain your "M" post would be about Marijuana - but then he remembered that you live in Michigan, not Mendocino County California...

  8. I've been studying seeds with 1/2 grade and of course, the milkweed is a great one for them to explore.

Nice shot. Thank you for your comment on my art posts for ABC Wed. The meme has really inspired me and I love all the comments from other participants. Thank you!

    Sincerely,
