This Picotee Amaryllis has taken its sweet time to bloom. Another Picotee, purchased from the same grower at the same time (in October), bloomed just before Christmas, while this beauty just opened last Sunday! Now it is the ray of light against a gray day.
It's lovely. Some things are worth the wait!
